1) Motion images sent via FTP to Bradley Data Server will not be charged to the customer, Bradley Surveillance, LLC has the right, and will always purge images over 72 hours old. Please store the images on your local device, if you want to retain them! The Customer Snaps APP is free to use.

2) FTP Motion TEXT NOTIFICATIONS (w/Images) is a premium service for customers on maintenance plans, ONLY. You can purchase a maintenance plan by notifying our office. The maintenance plan is priced based on the equipment in use. The maintenance plan does NOT cover the cost of notifications, these costs will be charged in addition to the maintenance contract fees.

The costs associated with the premium text notifications service is .04 cents per image sent. Since the customer controls the motion points, this cost can quickly escalate... therefore our need to charge. If you are receiving excess image notifications, you can turn the notifications off in the app. Text messages without images are available for free. Motion (video texts) is also available at a premium rate.
